VETERAN REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a U.S. Veteran
- Honorable discharge verification
- Verify knowledge in your desired field of business and/or have transferable skills. (Matrix with a minimum score of 18)
- Must have a complete and detailed business plan -Â TJP may assist with the development of a Business Plan if necessary and appropriate
- Must pass an extensive Volunteer Task Force (VTF) interview
- Must agree to adhere to extensive mentoring and guidance
- Must repay start-up funding (at no interest) once the business becomes financially successful
- Must be willing to dedicate the necessary time to the business in order to ensure success
- Must demonstrate a passion and willful desire to make your business idea a success
- The business idea must be a benefit to the region in which it will exist
