Michael is a business lawyer practicing in San Diego, California. He is a partner and member of the management committee at the firm Solomon Ward Seidenwurm & Smith, LLP.
He routinely advises his clients in a wide variety of industries on business organizational and general business operational matters including drafting and negotiating contracts and routinely handles business purchase and sale transactions. He assists his clients to assert their rights, protect their interests and resolve business disputes.
Michael obtained his Juris Doctorate (JD) degree and and Masters of Laws (LL.M) in Taxation at the University of San Diego School of Law.
In addition to practicing law, Michael has founded and co-founded several businesses including a leading online office ergonomics company and a direct mail specialty marketing company. He currently also serves on the Board of Directors of Jewish Family Services of San Diego.
