LT Jason P. was born in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia while his parents were working overseas.

He attended high school at Suffield Academy in Suffield, Connecticut, and afterwards enrolled in the University of Texas at Austin where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering while completing the Navy ROTC Program.

ENS P. received his commission on May 17th, 2002, and was assigned to the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA, where he earned a Master’s of Science Degree in Aeronautical Engineering.

Shortly thereafter, he began Aviation Pre-Flight Indoctrination School in Pensacola, FL. Primary Flight Training was completed at VT-27 in Corpus Christi, TX, and subsequent Advanced Jet Training at VT-9 in Meridian, MS.

In February 2006, LTJG P. arrived in Lemoore, CA for Fleet Replacement Training in the F/A-18C at VFA-125.

Upon completion of the syllabus, LT P. joined VFA-113 in February of 2007, where he completed three deployments, two in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.

In December, 2009, LT P. joined the instructor staff of the Naval Strike Air Warfare Center. He recently received his commission and is now a Lieutenant Commander.

Jason is still active duty so we have omitted his last name for security reasons.
