Apeiron Properties

Andrew Vagley is the founder, broker and president of Apeiron Properties.  He attended the United States Naval Academy where he received his Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering, and went on to accept a commission as a Field Artillery Officer in the United States Marine Corps.  During Andrew’s five years of service in the Marine Corps, he deployed as a Light Armored Reconnaissance Platoon Commander in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, and subsequently volunteered for a second deployment in support of OEF as part of a 16-man advisor team imbedded with the Afghan National Army.  He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of California.

Andrew’s idea for Apeiron Properties materialized during his Naval Academy years, where he developed a deep passion for home renovation, design, and real estate investing.  While still serving on active duty, he completed the requirements to become a licensed broker and jumped full time into the real estate industry after leaving active duty.  He quickly realized the lack of accountability, responsible service and professionalism in the industry.

Andrew started Apeiron Properties based on the foundation of selfless service, commitment and integrity – and developed one of the leading service-oriented models to ensure the transparency and success that clients deserve with such an important decision.  Apeiron Properties sets high standards and stays actively involved in all client transactions, managing and maintaining accountability of its Consultants to ensure flawless execution of the service delivery model and invests heavily in ensuring maximum return on client success.  The goal of Apeiron Properties is to educate, consult and professionally represent clients in the pursuit of their real estate goals and to offer them limitless opportunities for their home.

Andrew gives back to the Veteran and active duty community by significantly incentivizing Veteran and active duty real estate transactions.

He resides in Laguna Hills, CA.
