Jared was raised in New Jersey, and the youngest of four children. His father is an Air Force Vietnam Veteran. He attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison and graduated with a B.A. in History in 2008. In his first year out of college, he worked at a real estate development firm in Manhattan. He then decided to attend law school where he focused on criminal law.
After law school, Jared decided to put his knowledge of real estate and law to use and began practicing real estate law before taking a job with a small firm that provided equity for small real estate development deals in NYC.
Since 2014, Jared has worked at Quadrum, a private-equity firm and integrated developer with $1.5 billion in cash under management and thousands of apartments and hotel rooms in various stages of development. Jared works in the acquisitions group focused on finding and acquiring property to develop in the NYC area.
“I hope to bring legal skills and operational skills to the Veterans. I have advised startup companies as legal counsel, advising them on everything related to expansion whether it’s their real estate needs, their contracts with vendors, HR, etc.,” says Jared. “I hope to become an advisor, a coach, a friend, a sounding board, a “business psychiatrist” and most importantly an all-around resource for the Veterans.”
